friday 5

karen tagged me in the friday 5. i asked her if i could do it saturday. she then sent me a text saying if i did it saturday i would have to do 75. not that i don't think you would love to read 75 wonderful facts about my day, i just thought i would spare you.

so here we go:

1. did 4.5 miles on the elliptical this morning (toot toot! go aimee! go aimee!)

2. vacuumed my bed (i have a sickness) k...i'm not sick...i just can't stand bed bugs! ick

3. had chips n queso with hubs at OTB

4. sat outside in the wonderful sun for about an hour reading :)

5. just got home from lg's softball game and i REALLY need a shower (me stanky! whew!)

since she already took sheree, denise and greta b...

i will pick ki, diana, waleska, jenn and elizabeth

now on to my pics for today. i took a lot tonight but the last one is my pod ;)

these are from lg's softball game tonight. even though none of them are of lg actually playing. miranda was being a snot...

so...i told kimber to sit on her...

then there is sweet kimber and dad

and here is mr. smarty pants trying to be funny. he says he is just holding the cord in his hand but i think he is really telling me how he feels about having to RE-vacuum the bed!

so that's it for now...man this post took almost forty minutes!

i need to go take a shower BAD!

i made 9 of these giant hersey bars for the girls to give to teachers. this one was for miranda's "big sis" on her dance team. the others did not turn out as cute. got tired :(

how can i create anything in this mess? i got a lot of valentine stuff to do and can't find my mojo. maybe if i clean up it will come to me.

i can't upload any photos to the basb's mb so i'm putting my pod for the last few days up here. (i'm a little cranky today)

jan 22nd - hands

this is miranda's hand with mine. she has grown up so fast! that hand use to fit in the palm of mine! ewww and look at all my wrinkles! my hands use to be as smooth and soft as hers :(

i was going to take a pic of some hersey kisses, but denise beat me to it. so i snapped a pic of the girls sneaking some of my favorite chocolate thin mint cookies.

here is my shower head. i love this thing! i installed it myself without husband's help. he wouldn't know what to do anyways ;)

this is my kitchen window. you can barely tell but my blinds are crooked. it drives me crazy i tell ya!

i think i might be taking this POD thing a little to far. the prompt from the basb board was sign. so i took my camera with me when i left this morning to take the kids to school, thinking i was going to take a pic of my fav drink stop...

then after i went to the gym i thought i would treat myself to a pedi. a sign of reward for...um...i don't know just cause i haven't had one in a year.

well i should have taken this for a sign not to cause i had to put my flip flops on to walk to the car.

when there is ice hanging from my roof two days after it was 80 degrees out all i wanted to do is put some warm fuzzy socks on. well can't do that after a pedi. my toes are still numb!

but my last photo is a sign that i need some new clothes! a year ago these fit nice and snug. now it just looks like i have a load in my pants ;)

the day is only half over so maybe i'll have a few more later.
